Rental Information

All tents are stake driven and need to be set-up on grass; truck and trailer delivery with access to set up site needs to be available. The tent tops are heavy and we need to get within 10 ft. of the set-up site. It is the propery owners responsibility to mark any septic or underground utilities and to make sure J & K Rentals is aware of such. Property owners need to be on-site for delivery and set-up. Payment is due on delivery, deposit and or cancellation fees are at the discretion of J & K Rentals. A rental contract is to be signed upon delivery and a time will be assessed for removal of rental items. All items are to be returned in same condition as they were received. Further and more detailed information is disclosed in the rental contract.

• Tent sizes - tables & chairs per tent:
• 20 X 20 – 6 tables and 48 chairs
• 20 X 30 – 8 tables and 64 chairs
• 20 X 40 - 12 tables and 96 chairs
• 30 X 60 – 28 tables and 224 chairs

All tents are white in color and are the same style. Brown or white folding chairs are available. Tables are rectanglular in style and 8 ft. long (Banquet Style).
